Download the Charge24 app from your app store or visit our web app. Create an account or log in to your existing account to start using our service.
2. Step 2: Find a Station
Use the app or web interface to locate a Charge24 station near you. Our interactive map will help you find the closest charging station quickly.
3. Step 3: Scan the QR Code
At the chosen charging station, scan the QR code displayed on the station with the app. This action will initiate the rental process and unlock the power bank for you.
4. Step 4: Retrieve and Use the Power Bank
Once the QR code is scanned, remove the power bank from the station. You can now use the power bank to charge your device anywhere, anytime.
5. Step 5: Return the Power Bank
After using the power bank, return it to any Charge24 station. The app will guide you to the nearest return location if needed. Ensure the power bank is returned in good condition to avoid extra charges.
